Delivery & Return
Delivery: We offer standard and premium delivery services on all orders. Please note, whilst we do everything we can to meet delivery times, due to high order volumes at peak times, delays may occur. Deliveries to addresses other than in UK Mainland are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day.
Where we deliver: We deliver all over the United Kingdom and EU Economic Zone. All deliveries are signed for.
Delivery Times: Any order received before 14:00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock and customer have selected a premium delivery service). The delivery time estimate will be specified in the order confirmation email. We make every effort to achieve next day delivery; however standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal. We rely upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. We will attempt to telephone or email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
How we deliver: We use different delivery methods depending on the value of the product. We will notify you which delivery method we will use when we send your Order Confirmation e-mail.
Delayed/Lost Delivery: If you have not received your order within 10 working days of despatch (not including Sundays), you must immediately advise Brit-tech (GB) Ltd Customer Services of the delay/loss.
Damage/Faulty Product: If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel) that when you sign for the reception. Afterwards, please call us on Tel: 00 44 (0) 208 594 3181 oremail: email@example.com within 5 days of delivery.
Failed Delivery Policy: On occasions parcels identified as ‘Failed Delivery’ are returned to Brit-tech (GB) Ltd within 5-10 days of dispatch from our warehouse.
Reasons given are the following:
- 1. Addressee has gone away
- 2. No Answer
- 3. Address Incomplete
- 4. Address Inaccessible
- 5. Addressee unknown
- 6. Refused
- 7. Not called for
Where any of the above reasons is applicable to your order then you will be informed of the failed delivery attempt by email and if required, a request for delivery address or confirmation of delivery details that you originally provided when first placing your order.
Reasons 1 & 2: Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 – 72 hours from notification, unless Brit-tech (GB) Ltd receives alternative instructions.
Reasons 3-5: Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched following confirmation of the delivery address details.
Reason 6 & 7: No action will be taken by Brit-tech (GB) Ltd until new instructions are received from you. If after 30 days from the original dispatch date you have not contacted Brit-tech (GB) Ltd then your order will be disposed of and a recycling charge made to your account.
- • In the event the delivery address needs to be amended, please contact our Customer Relations Team within 48 hours either by Email or by phoning 00 44 (0) 208 594 3181 during our opening hours.
- • Re-delivery will be charged at the appropriate rate for the original delivery service chosen when the order was placed.
- • Recycling charges will be applicable to the product/s requiring recycling.
- • All Parcel Force deliveries that are rejected at the door by the customer shall incur a £6.60 admin charge.
We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
Please email first to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund or replacement and a return request/refund reference number will be issued to you.
You may return the item to us if the item is defected or supplied in error by us.
You have the right to return any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. For any replacement you wish to make, you must send us the faulty goods back within the 14 day period.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
You will be credited with a full refund within 30 days of notifying Brit-tech (GB) Ltd of the cancellation.
All items returned from countries outside of the EU must be clearly labelled as ‘Returned Item’
If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within 7 working days of receipt for exchange.
